How do I track my order?

Go to your account, "Orders" section, then click the order you want to see its detailed status and tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled as long as it hasn't been shipped yet — contact us via the contact form with your order number.

What are the delivery times?

We ship fast: allow 3 to 5 business days for standard delivery, 1 to 2 days for express.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery costs €5.90 and express delivery €9.90, whatever the order amount.

How long do I have to return a product?

You have 30 days from receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging.

How do I get a refund?

Once the return is received and checked, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is made by bank transfer: your bank details are provided once your order is confirmed.

Is payment secure?

Yes, no bank data ever passes through our site — you make the transfer directly from your own bank.
